Role Description   The Junior Graphic Designer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this role, the designer supports the creative team by producing visual assets for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, aligned with each client's brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics, logos, and layouts; preparing artwork for various digital platforms;

and collaborating with marketers, writers, and senior designers to refine concepts. The Junior Graphic Designer also assists with maintaining brand consistency, adapting designs for different formats, and staying current with trends in graphic design and digital marketing.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, visually engaging digital assets.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
Understanding of Typography and layout principles for creating readable, aesthetically balanced designs.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools
Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept feedback constructively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Foundational knowledge of social media and digital marketing formats is an advantage.
