JOB MISSIONThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphic materials, developing in-store visual displays, and supporting marketing event decorations. This role plays a key part in delivering a cohesive brand image across both physical and promotional touchpoints.
JOB DESCRIPTIONDesign compelling visual assets for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing messages and brand tone.
Develop graphic materials for retail advertising, including print and digital formats for in-store and partner channel promotions.
Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activities with visually engaging designs. Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team to co-create POSM (Point of Sale Materials) visuals when needed.
Ensure all creative output adheres to Asia HQ brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels.
Assist in sourcing visuals or production vendors as required for design execution.
Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor, when needed, to support overall marketing and sales objectives.
REQUIREMENTBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant design experience, preferably in marketing, retail, or brand communications.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, basic video editing, or other visual design software.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Passion for sports or an active lifestyle is a strong plus.
Fluent in English, with good communication and presentation skills.
Important Note:This position is fully work-from-office (WFO) from Mon-Fri.
