Aura House Club is a premium podcast and video production studio with locations in Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. Alongside our in-studio work, we support clients with remote recordings, hybrid interviews, and live streamed productions that connect hosts and guests across locations.

The Role We are seeking a Live Stream Technician to manage remote and virtual recording sessions. You will be the technical lead on sessions that bring remote guests into our productions — responsible for platform setup, connection quality, recording capture, and keeping everything stable from the first minute to the last.

What You'll DoSet up and operate remote recording and live streaming sessions using Riverside.fm, Zoom, and comparable platforms

Configure sessions in advance, run technical checks with hosts and guests, and walk non-technical participants through setup

Monitor connection quality, audio and video levels, and recording status throughout each session

Manage backup recording strategies so no session is ever lost Troubleshoot bandwidth, latency, audio routing, and platform issues in real time and under pressure

Download, verify, and deliver session files and separate track recordings

Support hybrid sessions that combine in-studio talent with remote guests

Requirements-Demonstrated experience with Riverside.fm, Zoom, OBS, and other live streaming and remote recording platforms-Strong understanding of network troubleshooting, upload bandwidth requirements, and streaming encoders-Experience managing live sessions with real-time problem solving-Based in the Los Angeles area with reliable transportation-Availability Monday through Saturday, including some early mornings and evenings-Excellent communication skills and patience with non-technical guests-Professional, composed presence on client-facing callsA Plus-Experience with Stream Yard, Restream, OBS, Ecamm Live, You Tube Live, or Linked In Live-Familiarity with ATEM Mini Pro ISO or similar switchers-Background in podcast or broadcast production-Film school, broadcast, or media production training
