The Central Production Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Troy, MI, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees all central production elements for worship services and events across campuses, including planning, coordinating, and executing audio, video, lighting, and stage design. The Central Production Director develops production plans and standards, aligns campus production teams with ministry goals, and ensures consistent quality and cohesion in worship experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with worship and teaching teams, managing production schedules, mentoring staff and volunteers, maintaining equipment, and optimizing processes for reliability and excellence. The role also involves strategic planning for future production needs, budgeting for equipment and resources, and supporting special events and digital content initiatives.

• Demonstrated strength in Production Planning and Strategic Planning to design, schedule, and coordinate multi-campus worship services and events.
• Experience in Production Management and Manufacturing-style workflow oversight to manage teams, equipment, processes, and timelines in a complex production environment.
• Knowledge of Quality Management principles to ensure consistent, high-standard audio, video, lighting, and overall worship experiences across locations.
• Proficiency with modern production technologies (audio consoles, lighting systems, video systems, and streaming platforms) and related software tools.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and support staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent services and events.
• Experience in a church or faith-based production environment and alignment with the mission, vision, and core beliefs of Woodside Bible Church.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in production, media, communications, or a related field.
