Open Train is recruiting Photoshop users to support AI training data collection through high-resolution screenshots of raster image editing, retouching, and compositing workflows. You will work in Photoshop on a Windows computer and capture screenshots from real-world editing processes.
The role requires approximately 40 hours per week, with a stated minimum commitment of 20+ hours per week. You must provide your own Windows PC, Photoshop access, and suitable display hardware.

You will create screenshots that accurately capture Photoshop work performed during practical image editing workflows. Screenshots must meet the project’s resolution and display-setup requirements.
- Use Photoshop on a Windows computer
- Capture workflows involving raster image editing, retouching, or compositing
- Produce screenshots exceeding 2.5 megapixels
- Use either a qualifying single display or a dual-monitor setup captured as one spanning image
- Follow project instructions and work independently
- Submit screenshots that meet the required resolution specifications
You should have hands‑on Photoshop experience and practical familiarity with image-focused workflows. Your background may include photography, graphic design, digital design, raster editing, retouching, or compositing.
You must be able to work with your own equipment and consistently produce screenshots that satisfy the technical requirements.
