This position is a hybrid role and must be within driving distance of our Toledo, Detroit or Columbus offices and open to working in-person Tuesday-Thursday weekly (optional work from home on Monday and Friday).

Senior Designers transform concepts into compelling, conceptually driven design solutions across clients, channels, and formats. They bring exceptional craft and a sharp design sensibility to every project and are trusted to own significant design responsibilities with confidence. Beyond strong execution, Senior Designers bring creative thinking to the work and actively support the team around them.
Responsibilities- Design and produce high-quality creative assets across branding, traditional media, social, web, and digital.
- Contribute to ideation and bring creative thinking to projects beyond pure execution.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and other team members throughout the creative process.
- Support Designers through day-to-day collaboration and feedback.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with reliability and strong attention to craft and detail.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging platforms to bring fresh perspectives tothe team.
- Consistently delivering polished, on-brand design work across a range of formats and clients that push ideas and brands forward.
- Demonstrating continued growth in craft, creative confidence, and independent thinking over time.
- Taking direction well and incorporating feedback to strengthen the work.
- Being a reliable, collaborative presence that contributes to the team and the work around you.
