Beyond Studios is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who knows how to build a brand world and make every piece of it feel considered.
You’ll work across some of the biggest brands in culture, developing brand identities, campaigns, digital experiences, e-commerce, packaging, print, and everything that brings a visual identity to life.
This is a highly hands-on design role for someone with exceptional typography, layout, branding, and digital design skills. You should be able to take a project from an early idea through a complete visual system, then actually execute that system across every touchpoint.
We’re looking for someone who can make the big brand decisions and obsess over the last 5% that makes the work great.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Develop brand identities and visual systems from concept through final execution
. - Design across branding, campaigns, digital, e-commerce, web, social, packaging, print, and physical applications.
- Translate a creative concept into a cohesive world that can live across dozens of different touchpoints.
- Create identity systems, typography, layouts, color systems, image treatments, graphic languages, guidelines, and brand toolkits.
- Design web and e-commerce experiences with a strong understanding of hierarchy, storytelling, usability, and how brands live digitally.
- Build landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, email designs, digital assets, and other e-commerce touchpoints.
- Develop mood boards, concepts, presentations, and decks that communicate an idea as strongly as the final design.
- Work closely with Creative Directors and ACDs while owning and executing your projects at a senior level.
- Move between larger identity projects and fast-moving creative requests without losing craft or consistency.
- Bring new references, ideas, visual languages, and perspectives into the studio and help push what Beyond looks and feels like next.
- 5+ years of professional design experience
, ideally within a design studio, branding agency, creative agency, fashion, entertainment, or culturally driven brand. - An exceptional portfolio of real, executed work demonstrating senior-level branding, typography, layout, and digital design.
- Experience creating complete brand identities and visual systems
, not simply working within existing guidelines. - Strong web and e-commerce design experience with examples clearly represented in your portfolio.
- Expert-level understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and art direction.
- Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
, with working knowledge of InDesign. - The ability to take a project from blank page → concept → visual identity → full system → final execution
. - The ability to design across different aesthetics and brand worlds rather than relying on one visual style.
- Strong understanding of responsive digital design and how visual systems translate across desktop and mobile.
- Experience collaborating with developers and understanding how designs move from Figma into a finished digital experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- The ability to move fast, take feedback, iterate, and know when something still needs another push.
- A genuine obsession with design, culture, and the details that separate good work from work people remember.
This is a senior, hands-on design position. We are looking for someone who is as strong at actually making the work as they are at thinking about it.
Your portfolio is the most important part of your application. It should clearly demonstrate exceptional branding, typography, layout, and digital/e-commerce work at a professional level. Applications without a portfolio, or portfolios that do not demonstrate relevant senior-level experience, will not be considered.
We’re looking for more than someone who can follow a brand system.
We want someone who knows how to build one.
