You'll partner closely with the Art Director, channel/discipline leads and production designers on strategic ideation and campaign concepts, while helping drive the always-on content engine.
This is a role for someone who thinks in feeds, short-form hooks and platform behavior, not someone coming from a print or brand-systems background.

- Support the Art Director on experiential and events creative, from concept through on-site execution
- Assist with Art Direction and production of monthly photoshoots
- Occasional support on decks or event collateral, as needed
- 5+ years of graphic design experience with a social/paid media focus, ideally in-house or agency
- BA/AA in graphic design or similar field

- Strong eye for brand consistency without sacrificing platform-native content style or campaign KPIs

- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe design suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced design and creative production environment
- Experience working directly with non-creative stakeholders
- Comfortable giving instructions and guiding production designers
