Sr. Graphic Artist – Toddler Girls

Schedule: Full-time, primarily on-site with flexibility to work from home on Fridays

A leading children's apparel company that partners with major national retailers on licensed and private label programs is seeking a Senior Graphic Artist to lead seasonal artwork development for its Toddler Girls licensed apparel line. This role is central to translating licensed properties and current trends into commercially compelling graphics for retail partners.

• Develop seasonal graphic artwork for Toddler Girls licensed apparel programs
• Create original graphics, prints, embellishments, and artwork aligned with brand guidelines and current trends
• Adapt licensed artwork for apparel while maintaining brand integrity and visual consistency
• Collaborate with Designers, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to develop commercially relevant graphics
• Research trends, competitive products, and market direction to inspire new graphic concepts
• Prepare artwork and colorways for presentations, approvals, and production
• Review samples and strike-offs to ensure artwork is executed accurately
• Manage multiple projects and artwork revisions while meeting seasonal deadlines
• Work closely with internal teams and licensing partners when necessary to secure artwork approvals

• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and print techniques
• Ability to interpret and adapt licensed artwork while following brand guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Must be located in NYC; position is primarily onsite with some flexibility to work from home on Fridays

• Graphic design experience in apparel preferred
• Experience creating graphics for children's apparel or licensed products is preferred
