Seeking Orchestrator / Music Producer (Remote Demo Tracks for Multi-Genre Musical)

The creative team of a new, multi-genre musical is seeking collaborative, tech-savvy Orchestrators / Music Producers to create high-quality instrumental backing tracks for a 6-song demo recording.

Note on Casting the Creative Team:
The score spans a massive stylistic range from hip-hop to contemporary worship. We are open to hiring multiple specialists to tackle specific tracks, or a single "unicorn" producer who can masterfully handle all genres.

This initial contract focuses on digital track production over a 6 to 10 week timeline. However, we are looking for long-term collaborators; if the show is picked up commercially, these positions will transition into official project Orchestrators with an established share in the commercial profit pool.

• Phase 1 (Current Task):
  Produce fully realized, high-quality instrumental backing tracks based on existing melody and chord materials.
• Timeline:
  Expectation is roughly 7 to 10 days per track, managed via flexible milestone check-ins to accommodate external schedules.
• Phase 2 (Future Scope):
  Transcribe tracks into official sheet music, provide full instrumental orchestration, and assist with SATB vocal arrangements for ensemble voices. Additional pay will be provided for this next phase.

• Proficiency in modern DAWs (Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton, etc.) and high-quality virtual instruments.
• Strong foundation in music theory and music notation software (Sibelius, Finale, or Dorico).
• Experience with SATB vocal arranging is a plus.

Developmental Rate: $100 total per track, paid out incrementally as milestones are met across the 6 to 10 week period.

• For a single producer handling all 6 songs: $600 total ($50 base per song upon track delivery + $300 milestone bonus upon successful completion of the full package).
• For genre specialists:
  Paid at a flat $100 per completed track upon delivery.

Future Incentive:
The chosen orchestrator(s) will be attached to the project moving forward, with a contract provision for a share in the commercial profit pool upon future commercial production or licensing.
