Role overview

A fast-growing, AI-native startup is building infrastructure to help revenue teams turn in-person events - trade shows, conferences, field meetings - into measurable pipeline. They are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across a mature web dashboard and mobile app. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and wants to shape product experience at a pivotal growth stage.

• Own end-to-end design for both the web dashboard and mobile app, delivering coherent experiences across platforms.
• Build and extend component libraries to keep visual language consistent and accelerate future design and development.
• Strengthen design operations by defining quality bars, introducing design QA practices, and tightening team processes.
• Translate complex, multi-step B2B workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences for new and existing capabilities.
• Run lightweight user research, including usability tests, customer interviews, feedback sessions, and call reviews.
• Champion design excellence and help cultivate a strong product culture across the company.

• 4+ years of product design experience shipping real products in startup environments.
• Deep fluency designing for both web dashboards and mobile apps, with awareness of cursor-versus-thumb and desktop-versus-mobile constraints.
• Advanced, multi-year Figma expertise with proven team collaboration.
• Strong product sense: ability to weigh design and engineering tradeoffs and connect features to broader business logic.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to articulate the reasoning behind design decisions to product and engineering partners.
• High agency: self-directed, takes ownership, and operates effectively with minimal oversight.

• Experience as one of the earliest designers at a startup.
• Familiarity with CRM or Mar Tech ecosystems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar).
• Background designing enterprise or workflow-heavy products.
• Hands-on user research and customer-call participation.
• Basic graphic design or branding capability for web assets, icons, and simple illustrations.
