UI / Visual Designer

micro1 is seeking UI / Visual Designers to support a customer project focused on design systems and AI training.
No prior AI experience is required.
- Evaluate UI designs, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Create design rationales and document design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Create responsive mockups and prototypes using Figma.
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices.
- Produce clear design documentation and recommendations.

- 3+ years of UI, visual, or product design experience.
