• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of designers and video editors, ensuring clear creative direction and feedback.
• Balance workload and resourcing across design and video projects, protecting quality and deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative studio culture that blends craft excellence with speed and experimentation.
• Serve as the lead advocate for creative AI platforms, identifying and piloting new tools.
• Build and document AI-enhanced workflows that integrate into production pipelines.
• Train and upskill designers and editors on AI tools, building internal fluency.

Storytelling & Creative Connectivity:

• Push creative product toward connected, narrative-driven storytelling across formats.
• Partner with strategy, copy, and account teams to ensure consistent story and through-line.
• Elevate visual and narrative craft, raising the bar for on-brand and on-strategy work.

Process & Production Excellence:

• Own day-to-day production workflows, ensuring efficient handoffs and feedback loops.
• Identify opportunities to streamline production through AI and automation.
• Maintain consistent creative and brand standards across all design and video output.
