Senior Designer – Web​/IVA; Fully Remote

• The Senior Experience Designer – Web/IVA is a hands-on individual contributor at the intersection of design, technology, and brand.
• This role translates creative vision into high-quality, production-ready digital experiences.

• Execute work independently, owning projects from concept through delivery.
• Operate with minimal oversight while maintaining alignment to creative, technical, and production standards.
• Design within systems, applying established components, patterns, tokens, and responsive behaviors.
• Partner with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow Experience Designers.
• Bridge craft and production, advocating for strong design while respecting technical and business requirements.

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, HCI, or related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and timeline-based motion design software.
