Video Editor - AI-Enhanced Production

Full-Time | Remote

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our fast-growing creative team. This full-time remote position sits at the intersection of Marketing and Branding and plays a key role in creating dynamic, professional video content for digital advertising, social media, and brand storytelling.

We’re looking for more than a great editor. We want someone who is constantly exploring better, faster, and smarter ways to create.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts and traditional editing expertise with hands‑on experience using AI to improve production workflows, increase efficiency, and expand creative output without sacrificing originality, craftsmanship, or the personal creative touch that makes great content stand out.

Stem Wave is one of the fastest-growing medical device companies in the U.S. We develop and introduce revolutionary technology designed to reshape traditional healthcare. Our technology utilizes focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and activate the body’s natural healing processes, giving healthcare professionals an incredibly versatile treatment option within their clinics.

We rely heavily on digital advertising across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube to reach prospective healthcare providers and drive qualified leads to our sales team. At the same time, we are continually elevating the quality of our organic social media and overall brand presence.

Video plays a major role in both.

Our content needs to be engaging, polished, visually compelling, and built with a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, design, and audience attention.

You’ll have access to extensive libraries of B‑roll, stock footage, animation, logos, music, graphics, and other creative assets. We’re looking for YOU to bring those ingredients together in fresh ways through slick editing, strong storytelling, thoughtful sound design, motion graphics, and creative experimentation that continues to push the Stem Wave visual identity forward.

We believe AI should amplify great creative talent, not replace it.

We are specifically looking for an editor who has already experimented with, researched, and implemented AI-assisted workflows within professional video production.

This does not mean simply generating videos with AI.

We want someone who understands the traditional editing process and has discovered practical ways to use AI to eliminate repetitive work, accelerate production, improve organization, streamline revisions, and ultimately allow an editor to spend more time making the creative decisions that matter.

That could include using AI to accelerate processes such as:

• Reviewing, logging, searching, and organizing footage

• Transcription, captioning, and text-based editing

• Identifying selects and usable moments from long‑form content

• Creating rough cuts or assembling initial timelines

• Audio cleanup, enhancement, and sound workflows

• Masking, rotoscoping, object removal, and green screen workflows

• Asset discovery and organization

• Versioning, resizing, and adapting content across platforms

• Creating or enhancing supporting visual elements

• Automating repetitive production tasks

• Streamlining feedback and revision cycles

We want someone who has already done some of this R&D independently and can bring new ideas, tools, and processes to our team. You should be excited to experiment with emerging technology, evaluate what actually improves the workflow, and discard what doesn’t.
