This hands-on leadership role requires conceptual thinking, a strong portfolio, and the ability to raise the creative bar while collaborating with designers, strategists, editors, and producers.
You will mentor four direct reports, shape campaign voice, and own work streams from kickoff to delivery. EST timezone availability and remote work flexibility are expected.
