• Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team.
• Establishing the editorial review layer and leading the copywriting team.

What Success Looks Like:

• By 30 days: you've read everything, know where the worst copy is, and assessed the team.
• By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use and errors have stopped.
• By 6 months:
  Finom sounds like one company everywhere, copy is tighter and converting better.
