Remote Sound Designer​/Supervising Sound Editor

This is a Contracted position in the field of Post Production - Editing, Compositing, Motion Graphics, & Visual Effects , located in Birmingham, NJ .

Fully remote

Compensation:
Deferred until film financing is secured; written agreement required

We are seeking a Sound Designer / Supervising Sound Editor to shape the sonic world of Nia Chambers and the King Solomon Relics, an independent adventure film with virtual production and animation work streams.

Responsibilities Create the film’s sound concept, including environments, atmospheres, action, and effects.

Collaborate remotely with the director, editor, composer, and animation/virtual production teams.

Build and edit sound effects and backgrounds to support the story and picture.

Prepare the soundtrack for final mixing and delivery.

Qualifications Experience in film, animation, games, or other narrative media.

Strong sound design and editing portfolio.

Able to collaborate remotely and work to an agreed schedule.
