Team Lead Content Writer

The Team Lead Content Writer is a full-time hybrid role based in Canada, NC, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the planning, creation, and management of digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with Nuvento’s brand voice and strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a small team of content writers, assigning and reviewing content tasks, and maintaining editorial calendars.

The Team Lead Content Writer collaborates closely with marketing, product, and consulting teams to translate complex digital transformation topics into clear, engaging content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, web copy, and social media materials. The role also involves monitoring content performance, optimizing for SEO and user engagement, and ensuring consistent quality and compliance with internal guidelines.

• Candidates should possess strong Writing and Content Management skills to produce, organize, and maintain high-quality digital content.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership and Project Management skills to guide writers, coordinate workflows, and deliver content on schedule.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex ideas clearly.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology, digital transformation, cloud services, or consulting environments is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Canada, NC, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Familiarity with content management systems, basic SEO principles, and analytics tools is an advantage.
