Job Description & How to Apply Below
About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Control (QC)with a sharp creative eye to join our team.

In this entry-level role, you will be the guardian of our visual quality. You will review sketch-based video assets to ensure that every scene, character, and visual element perfectly matches the audio, script, and storytelling mood before it moves to final production.

No prior formal experience is required! If you love digital storytelling, have great attention to detail, and can spot small visual inconsistencies that others miss, we will provide the training and guidelines you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Review Visuals & Audio: Watch and review sketch-based video episodes, ensuring the visuals match the script, voiceover/audio, and scene descriptions.
  • Spot Inconsistencies: Catch small details like continuity errors, character design mismatches, missing elements, or pacing issues between the audio and images.
  • Log Feedback Clearly: Take simple notes and log issues (referencing specific timestamps or frames) so our artists and editors know exactly what to adjust.
  • Maintain Trackers: Keep our daily QC status trackers and checklists updated with review statuses and approvals.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our production team to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.
What We Are Looking For
  • Sharp Attention to Detail: You naturally notice small visual errors, continuity breaks, or misalignments between what you see and what you hear.
  • A Keen Creative Eye: A genuine interest in visual storytelling, animation, comics, digital video, or content creation.
  • Clear Written Communication: Ability to describe visual errors simply, objectively, and politely.
  • Organized & Focused: Comfortable reviewing multiple video segments and keeping spreadsheets or trackers organized.
  • Open to Learning: You take feedback well and are eager to learn production workflows.
  • Experience:
None required! Fresh graduates, career transitioners, and enthusiastic self-starters are welcome to apply.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Basic understanding of video editing or digital illustration concepts.
  • Fluency / working proficiency in English.
Why Join Us?
  • A great entry point into the creative and digital production industry.
  • Hands-on training on quality control, storytelling workflows, and pre-production processes.
  • A collaborative, supportive remote work environment.

$200 - $500 a month

Please note that compensation for this project is task-based (per approved review). Because pay is tied to output, your total earnings will depend on your daily pace and agility.
