• Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, Tik Tok, Google, App Lovin, and Snapchat
• Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations
• Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations, including hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, and audiences
• Edit UGC, stock, screen-capture, and app-gameplay footage into polished, on-brand videos
• Maintain visual consistency and quality while producing multiple creatives per week
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up production where appropriate, including image and video generation, voice synthesis, and asset clean-up
• Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats

• At least 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance or UA creatives
• A portfolio showcasing motion design work
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Understanding of performance creative elements, including hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs
• Ability to deliver at a high cadence without losing quality
• Basic sound design and mixing skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English
• Будет плюсом: performance marketing video ads in the portfolio, hands-on experience with AI video, image, or audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, Eleven Labs, Suno, Midjourney), Illustrator and Figma for static assets, UGC-style or storytelling ad creative production, writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize workflows
