What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate information to inbound customer service requests via phone, email, and online portals
- Process customer service requests according to established department policies and procedures
- Schedule services with partners and manage service requests in the internal work order system
- Follow up on existing tickets and keep customers informed about their status
- Resolve invoice questions and assist in preparing customer bills each month

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel

- Demonstrated ability to enter a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Experience with project management and sustainability reporting
