Call Center Inbound Agent

We are looking to hire a dependable, customer-driven representative to join our Call Center team at Familia Dental.

Familia Dental was established in 2008 and has grown rapidly because of our quality dentistry and our caring, compassionate approach to all people.

The Call Center Inbound Agent ensures every patient calling in for a dental appointment is greeted, listened to, and scheduled in a compassionate, timely and professional manner. This position is the first impression between the company and the patients.

Office

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

We are looking to fill our 9:30am - 6pm shift.

• Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• 1 day off during the week to accommodate working Saturdays, 8 AM - 4 PM
• 40 hours a week

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients calling in
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers
• Assist in answering general inquiries from patients
• Listen to patients while applying our processes and procedures
• Looking for solutions to our patients’ challenges

• Able to speak on the phone and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to recognize and be sensitive to patients' emotions
• Exceptional customer/patient service skills (Customer/patient focused attitude)
• Efficiently understand information and relay information back to the patient
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Accurately enter patient information, data, and records into system
• Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment.
• High school Diploma or equivalent

• Strong Computer Skills – Ability to maneuver within multiple computer systems at once
• Proficient in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with Denticon or similar scheduling system
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem solving abilities
• Detail Oriented
• Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
