• Provide support to travelers before, during, and after their trip
• Ensure smooth execution of itineraries, keeping track of logistics and any last‑minute changes

• Experience in travel coordination, event planning, or hospitality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage group travel logistics with attention to detail
• Familiarity with group travel software and industry booking platforms

• Previous experience in managing large group travel logistics
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
