In this essential Entry Level role, you will serve as the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with expert guidance and support regarding our virtual assistant services. Your proficiency in German will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and assistance.

Responsibilities- Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and support requests
- Provide comprehensive information about our virtual assistant services and features
- Document client interactions and effectively resolve issues in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client challenges
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new features and service updates
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in a tech-related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
