Base pay range

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a remote opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives at a leading Health Tech company. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. You will assist clients in navigating our healthcare solutions and addressing their inquiries, all while working remotely from the beautiful location of Greece.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to Health Tech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German
  • Guide customers through the features and benefits of our healthcare solutions and assist with account access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with the support and technical teams to enhance service delivery
  • Stay updated on health technology trends and product offerings to provide informed customer support
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare or Health Tech industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications
  • Willingness to be flexible with work hours to accommodate customer needs
