• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and relevant state agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
• Secure necessary documentation to expedite the return of repurchase documents
• Track and expedite case handling through documentation systems
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting required metrics

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, restaurant, or hotel
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work shifts during the center's hours of operation, primarily Monday to Friday

• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with vehicle processing or automotive industry practices
• Strong communication skills with a positive and upbeat attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
