In this role, you will provide full life-cycle customer service, assist customers in understanding their coverage, and help find the best solutions to meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally
- Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and sell products/services
- Understand customer needs and resolve issues
- Research systems for missing information and coordinate with departments
- Complete account management tasks using systems and technology
- Document and process customer orders accurately
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Escalate issues as needed
- Attend training and review updates regularly
- Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliable with good attendance
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred: 1+ year in customer service or related fields, or relevant work experience.
