• Flexible Scheduling: Choose from day or evening shifts that fit your lifestyle
• Hybrid Work Opportunity: Work from home part of the time
• Shifts Available:
  • 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend Flexibility: Mostly Saturdays off (just 1–2 per month)
• Competitive Pay: $14.50/hour + bonus based on performance
• Team Environment: Join a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative crew

• Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests across multiple dealership locations
• Schedule service appointments and confirm details accurately
• Engage customers to promote dealership services and programs
• Maintain detailed records and update customer information in CRM systems
• Build product knowledge across the Tom Wood Automotive Group’s diverse lineup

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center roles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
• Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance targets
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
