The Tom Wood Group, a recognized leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to deliver exceptional customer service and support across our multiple dealership locations. - Hybrid Work Opportunity: Work from home part of the time
- Shifts Available:
- 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend Flexibility: Mostly Saturdays off (just 1–2 per month)
- Competitive Pay: $14.50/hour + bonus based on performance
- Team Environment: Join a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative crew
- Handle 115+ inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests across multiple dealership locations
- Schedule service appointments and confirm details accurately
- Engage customers to promote dealership services and programs
- Maintain detailed records and update customer information in CRM systems
- Build product knowledge across the Tom Wood Automotive Group’s diverse lineup
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect with customers over the phone and through electronic communication
- Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
- Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving performance targets
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
