Overview

Employer Industry: Fintech and Banking

• Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and friendly manner
• Monitor member accounts, including transactions and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely support
• Onboard prospective members, guiding them through the application process and conducting Zoom calls as needed
• Take ownership of member issues, following up on outstanding requests and escalating when necessary
• Maintain dashboards and monitor queues to provide statistical data and assist with onboarding processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment
• Proficient in English, with an additional language being a plus
• Previous experience in the fintech or banking industry is preferred
• Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency environment is a significant advantage

• Experience handling customer queries via live chat and email
• Previous work experience in a remote team setting
• Additional language proficiency, such as Mandarin or Japanese
• Familiarity with the principles of consumer protection and ethical conduct in customer interactions
