In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients as well as other TSI departments to handle requests, inquiries and problems.

- Act as a contact for key clients and sustain and improve client business standards by ensuring quality of services provided by TSI and meeting deadlines for incoming work
- Work with clients to maximize return on their investment via industry benchmarking, best practices and client workflow
- Schedule and conduct thorough business reviews with assigned portfolio of clients and provide solutions which address their business needs
- Communicate regularly with clients and management to understand project/task requirements, concerns and various customer service issues
- Maintain routine contact with assigned clients to ensure appropriate information is provided for the specific needs of each client;
Proactively identify, research and provide solutions for client needs - Respond to client inquiries for information, problem resolution and reports; forward necessary and requested documentation to appropriate parties
- Coordinate new business opportunities with the appropriate sales and operations groups to ensure all tasks are completed according to client specifications and within established time frames
- Field client complaints and coordinate company response promptly through thorough knowledge of situation and client expectations
- Provide updates on escalated matters to management regarding client issues, status of issues and resolutions
- Create and maintain client task instructions and direct and monitor workflow of deliverables performed by operations department
- Knowledge, understanding and compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations related to job duties
- Participation in company programs must meet minimum performance standards
- Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas for improvement
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform their duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- 1 year business-to-business account management/client services experience required
- 2-3 years business to business account management/client services experience preferred
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office required
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required
- Must have professional and mature manner, have a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision required
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
Physical Requirements:
- Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
