What You'll Be DoingRespond to client questions through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and service-related requests
Share accurate, easy-to-understand information based on client needs
Maintain clear and organized client records
Follow up to ensure tasks are completed and clients feel supported
Use internal tools and systems to manage daily responsibilities
