- Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
- Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team when necessary
- Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience, preferably in insurance
- Must be available to work during the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday
- Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) preferred; unlicensed individuals may be trained through the licensing process
- Strong customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to contribute positively to team culture and agency standards
