• Handle 50+ inbound calls daily to meet retention targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
• Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team when necessary
• Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
• Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

• At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience, preferably in insurance
• Must be available to work during the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday
• Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) preferred; unlicensed individuals may be trained through the licensing process
• Strong customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations

• Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to contribute positively to team culture and agency standards
