• Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
• Identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team when necessary
• Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring operational discipline
• Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance the customer experience

• Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
• Must possess or be willing to obtain active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations

• Previous experience with customer service in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with CRM and internal documentation systems
• A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities within the agency
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
