Position: Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Account Representative

Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class customer service while managing customer relationships and retention
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls per day and maintain 2+ hours of daily talk time
  • Ensure accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues within 60 minutes or less
  • Collaborate with sales and teammates to identify growth opportunities and improve service delivery
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
  • Must possess active Property & Health licenses or Life & Health licenses or be willing to obtain them
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with CRM and internal documentation systems
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute solutions in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in executing service workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A growth mindset that embraces continuous learning and improvement
