• Handle a large volume of calls, conduct telephone screening on inbound and outbound calls, and engage in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of customers.

This position is 100% work-from-home for individuals living in the state of Texas. Applicants must be willing to use their own computer equipment and internet service as specified below.

• 100% work-from-home for Texas residents.
• Must be available Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

• Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with a pay increase after 6 months of employment.

• PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
• Reliable internet with 100

• 1 Monitor (minimum 19”)

• Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
• Must have a quiet, home office space that is free of distractions (a plus).
• Strong communication skills
• Computer navigation skills
