• Assist customers with activating benefits and resolving any issues they may encounter
• Communicate effectively while toggling between multiple systems and maintaining accurate documentation

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in both English and Korean
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday

• Experience in customer service or financial support roles
• Familiarity with VoIP technology and remote work setup
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
