What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Answer 50+ inbound calls daily and maintain over 2 hours of talk time.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support.
- Identify and escape retention risks or coverage gaps to the sales team.
- Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems while executing service workflows.
- Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to communicate growth opportunities and updates.
- Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience, preferably with an insurance company.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high‑pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience with State Farm or similar insurance companies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows.
- Proven track record of achieving retention and sales targets.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a remote work setting.
