Position: Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Account Representative
Location: St. Louis

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls daily and maintain over 2 hours of talk time.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support.
  • Identify and escape retention risks or coverage gaps to the sales team.
  • Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems while executing service workflows.
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to communicate growth opportunities and updates.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience, preferably with an insurance company.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high‑pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience with State Farm or similar insurance companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and sales targets.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a remote work setting.
