• Engage, educate, and qualify new and existing members on the Surgery Care program
• Convert leads into users of care experiences offered to members
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls in a contact center environment
• Offer member guidance, including verification of benefits and addressing patient needs
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information in compliance with PII requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales call center role
• Strong ability to influence and engage with members
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; comfortable working with technology
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information

• Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed
