What to Expect

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to 50+ inbound customer calls daily, ensuring an exceptional service experience
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
  • Identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team as needed
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience and agency growth
Qualifications (Required)
  • Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer)
  • Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses (preferred to start)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work during set hours of 8:30 AM - 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
