* Knowledge of basic accounting

* Strong customer service skills.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, all levels of management including executive staff, citizens, and elected officials.
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Ability to work a varied schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and possibly holidays.
* Ability to work alone.
* Ability to use general office equipment and personal computers and related software applications.
* Uses standard office equipment including personal computers and common office software such as email, internet, Word, Excel, and registration software such as Active Net.
* This role may require the incumbent to use personal equipment (e.g. vehicle, cell phone, tools, etc.) in the course of their employment.
