Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual for a full-time remote customer service position. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to provide exceptional support and service.

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience
• Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software and technology
• US residency required
