This role offers the unique opportunity to work in the beautiful environment of Greece. As a customer service agent, you will play a vital role in assisting Dutch-speaking clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries about products and services
• Offer detailed product information, assist with account management, and help customers troubleshoot any issues
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction
• Log and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions for customer issues and enhance customer experience
• Remain updated on product lines, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and provide effective solutions
• Proficient in CRM systems and familiar with standard office software
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote working environment
