• Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order or make inquiry.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, billing issues, and general concerns.
• Record customer information within our customer service database.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

• A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
