- Answer 50+ inbound calls per day, maintaining high levels of accuracy in policy servicing and claims support

- Document and maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
- Must be able to work at a desk during scheduled hours
- Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) preferred at start and required to contribute to the team’s mission
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience with State Farm or similar insurance companies
- Proven track record of achieving retention and sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
