• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, primarily phone and in-app chat
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and empathy
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product development and improvement
• Identify patterns in customer feedback to enhance processes and tools
• Collaborate with the financial crime team to detect and investigate trends in customer queries

• Willingness to work hours from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Tuesday to Saturday
• Strong customer support skills with a passion for delivering excellent service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and provide effective solutions
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Experience in a support or service role within a financial services or technical support organization
• Interest in financial technology
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or managing cross-functional projects
