Une entreprise pharmaceutique internationale recherche un(e) stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe Customer Care. Le/la stagiaire sera impliqué(e) dans la gestion des commandes clients, le suivi des encaissements et le traitement des réclamations. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et une aisance avec les outils informatiques sont nécessaires. Ce stage permet d'avoir une vision complète du fonctionnement de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans un environnement exigeant, avec une partie en télétravail.
