• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, ensuring excellent service while assisting clients with meal orders
• Input order information accurately into the client order system
• Document all client interactions in the information database
• Contact case managers regarding special situations for clients
• Explain benefits and assist clients with reauthorization processes when necessary

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Clear oral communication skills
• Previous experience with data entry

• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
