Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their success in achieving business goals using Blackboard
  • Implement account engagements to meet business objectives and enhance customer sentiment
  • Conduct partnership reviews and act on customer feedback to ensure progress on shared goals
  • Assist account team members in identifying expansion opportunities and contribute to the renewal process
  • Drive customer engagement through online communities and events, facilitating networking and learning opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of related experience in Higher Education, Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Education Technology
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and developing strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM and/or customer success software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree
  • Experience working with higher education institutions, particularly those serving underrepresented student populations
  • 2+ years of experience developing courses in Blackboard as an admin or faculty member
  • Background in a Customer Experience or Customer Success role at a Software-as-a-Service technology company
