Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Rep, Work From Home
- Communicate proactively with clients as needed on job issues and job status
- Assist customers via phone with orders
- Handle walk in customers and appointments
- Data entry of orders
- Ensure correct invoice and billing details
- Prepare production paperwork for factory
- Process web orders and web customer requests
- Update factory progress reports
- Set up custom designs and artwork

- Detail oriented, organize and self-motivate
- Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Strong email, written and verbal (phone and in-person) communication skills you enjoy talking with clients and suppliers, but can keep conversations focused and efficient
